The longer, brighter evenings has us leaving town and heading out on the surrounding roads so Hi Viz vests/bibs are mandatory for safety reasons.
Weekend runs, Sunday at 10am from the CoOp unless otherwise advised.

It was a month that held a lot of firsts for the club & for individual club members.• We had lots of snow & made the most of it by making some amazing snow creations.• We were delighted to be part of the Ballyhoura Active Series launch in Bruff.• We had our own launch for our own race the same week.• Took part in our first St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Buttevant.• Race planning began in earnest.• Seven club members did Sports First Aid training• Caitriona did her first 5K• Máire took part in her first half mountain race between Ballyvourney to Millstreet• Marie did her first 10 mile in Mallow 10Overall lots to be proud of.
