Churchtown Roadrunners AC Club Notes 12/9/2017

This Sunday our neighbour club North Cork AC are holding their annual ‘Charleville Half Marathon’ which is fastly becoming a hugely popular national event.  We are delighted that this race has been a target for a number of our members and is also included in the training plan for our Frankfurt marathoners.  Best of luck to all and keep an eye out for a friendly face on course as we will be providing a steward.  We will car pool, so again, keep an eye on our social media accounts for details.  Best of luck also to our members who are heading to Killkenny this weekend for a 10k.

Cork Mini Marathon

A number of our members have expressed interest in running this years Cork Womens Mini Marathon, those of you who are interested we would really appreciate if you would consider fundraising for ‘The Hobart Enterprises Charity Trust’, where club members Michelle Bourke and David & Sara Barnby work and is under the same umbrella as AV Pound.  Please contact them directly for further information or follow the links on our Facebook page.
