3. Training for senior members takes place along various road routes around the town. Training for juvenile athletes takes place on the track at St Joseph’s Foundation. 
 
4. Training takes place Mon & Wed from supervalu carpark, Kilmallock at 7pm. Fri from SS Peter & Pauls church at 7pm and Sunday morning from Deebert House at 10am. 
Training for juvenile members takes place Tuesday’s at 6.30pm on track at Sj Joseph’s Foundation, Charleville.
